The ostrich tartare was another favorite, made even more memorable by being served during a visit to the kitchen. I live in Miami and travel often, dining at many top restaurants. Asteur is a standout and holds its own among the best of them. I went with friends from Montreal who were initially hesitant about the drive to Boisbriand, but it turned out to be an easy ride and absolutely worth it. We’re already planning our return. ”
